She's dressed in a bright yellow frock with hand painted flowers, and underneath she wears a white petticoat and matching ruffled bloomers. Papier mache, paper clay, and paper. 8 1/2" tall, signed original.

The cone made of reproduction vintage newspaper has a ribbon handle, ruffled trim and a glittered bead at the tip The cone made of vintage-style toile is accented with brass bows and a gingham ribbon.
