Wool Shaker Purse

'Tis a gift to be simple....tis a gift to be free....
The shakers were such a kind and gentle people who blessed
us with wonderful items done with such pride and simplicity.
They are known for their wonderful band boxes, done with such grace
and precision. I have decided to feature their band box legacy with
this one of a kind, hooked wool purse.
Dimensions are: 10" tall by 8" wide and 3"deep. The purse is hooked on
the front with a wonderful hand dyed green and has a needlepunch insert
of a shaker band box done in mustards. The word "shaker" has been hooked in a mustard wool. The rest of the purse is a wonderful hand dyed green wool and is fully lined with a cream cotton print with the same green done in a vine pattern. This is an original design by Old Glory Woolen co.
